Job Title: Production Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our baking team at our Bokarina store. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, ensuring that they meet our standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading the Baking Team: You will be responsible for leading a team of bakers to produce high-quality breads, pastries, and sweets fresh every day.
2. Quality Control: You will ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
3. Administration: You will be responsible for managing administration tasks, including budgeting, ordering, and rostering.
4. Safety and Wellbeing: You will ensure that all team members follow our established WHS practices to ensure their safety and wellbeing at work.

Requirements:

• Commercial Cookery Qualification: You must have a commercial cookery qualification, such as a certificate or diploma in commercial cooking.
• Experience: You must have experience in managing and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: You must have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support your team members.
