About The Role- This is a mid-market sales specialist role responsible for prospecting to small, medium, and large-sized businesses through various channels including outbound lead generation, door-to-door prospecting, cold calling/email, referrals, and more. The ideal candidate will manage their leads and deals pipeline within the Hubspot Sales Hub with outstanding hygiene and attention to detail.
- Prospecting to small, medium, and large-sized businesses through various channels.
- Building a deep understanding of the pain points and requirements of business owners and formulating the right solution to exceed their expectations.
- Managing leads and deals pipeline within the Hubspot Sales Hub with meticulous attention to detail.
- Translating complex merchant business banking and merchant services requirements into simple and effective solutions.
- Delivering an outstanding first impression for merchants by using storytelling, case studies, pitch decks, and industry news.
- Developing commercially sound deals across a wide variety of customer use cases, verticals, and complex economics.
- Staying up-to-date with SME, technology, fintech, payments, competitor, and industry trends relevant to merchants.
- Collaborating with the team across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to relay customer feedback.
