Engineering Leader

We're seeking an experienced software engineering leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for growing a group of engineers by providing professional development, career guidance, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for professional development, career guidance, and growth opportunities for engineers.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their business challenges and provide guidance on technology solutions.
  • Work with delivery managers and other capabilities to right-size work efforts required for solutions.
  • Lead the design and development of state-of-the-art outcomes using various technologies and design patterns.
  • Design, document, and develop outstanding, modern applications.
  • Assist with estimating work efforts required for each phase of a project.
Requirements
  • Significant breadth and depth in architecture, development, and implementation of software products.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of .NET stack, Java stack, or modern web frameworks.
  • Experience leading development teams through everyday project tasks and collaborating across multiple functional/technical teams.
  • Skilled in cloud architecture, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • In-depth understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Modern Web Applications exposure: Angular, Node, React, Vue, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong background in relational databases, such as SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of RESTful service design.
