As a key contributor to our Western Sydney sites, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning of the storage facilities, ensuring centre presentation and maintenance meet high standards.

About This Role:

This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic team, providing support to customers and stakeholders. As a Store Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving queries in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a safe and secure centre by following workplace health and safety procedures
  • Assisting and servicing commercial customers to meet their needs
  • Maximising sales conversion opportunities through various communication channels
  • Completing general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Motivated, proactive, and positive attitude
  • Customer service experience in a sales environment (desirable)
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
  • Willingsness to learn and grow with the business
  • Driver's license and car (required)
