We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to lead our Maritime business in Western Australia (WA). As our Regional Maritime Executive - WA, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, innovation, and collaboration across various maritime sectors including freight, mining, defence, and energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth and Leadership: Grow and lead WSP's Western Australia's Maritime business, including involvement in key pursuits and projects.
  • Team Leadership: Strong leadership of our Western Australian Maritime team, including strategic planning, resourcing, staff development, and growth.
  • Business Strategy: Contribution to the overall national Maritime business strategy, forecasting, and performance.
  • Client Relationships: Drive client relationships and project outcomes through a deep understanding of market needs and a proven ability to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Cross-Business Collaboration: Work with the Maritime National Executive in facilitating collaboration across the business beyond Maritime, including Mining, Energy, Freight, and Defence as required.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: A natural leader with excellent leadership skills and existing relationships with key maritime clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Industry Experience: Established many years of Maritime industry consulting experience with proven delivery and business development across large multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proactive collaboration skills and a proven ability to work cross-business to drive outstanding results.
  • Commercial Experience: Experience in driving business profit and loss outcomes as well as successful commercial positions on projects.
