Nurse Practitioner Role Available on the Gold Coast

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Gold Coast Private Hospital.
- This is a permanent part-time position, working 64 hours per fortnight with a variety of shifts available.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and high-quality patient care, as well as supervising and guiding nursing staff.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing safe and evidence-based nursing care to patients
- Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Educating and supporting patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care
- Leading quality improvement and safety initiatives
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care
- Serving as a role model for safe practices
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 12 months experience as an RN in an acute setting
- A Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care
- Self-motivation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
