Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth via business development activities and process loans">
  • Lead the development and coaching of the team">
  • Develop relationships with customers to provide relevant products and services that meet their financial and wealth needs">
  • Engage in local community engagement activities">
  • Be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for the Branch when the Branch Manager is away">

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A demonstrated history of achieving strong sales results">
  • Experience in consumer lending and assessing customer needs to tailor practical financial solutions">
  • Highly developed relationship building skills">
  • Lending and insurance accreditation - advantageous but not essential">
  • The ability to effectively communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone">
