Client Services Manager

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of a welcoming space that provides essential assistance and community connection to people in need. This leadership role involves guiding volunteers, supporting clients with complex needs, and working with community partners to deliver meaningful impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily operations of the client services team, ensuring high-quality support services.
  • Manage and support a team of volunteers and staff, fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Coordinate emergency relief activities, including food pantry, vouchers, and referrals.
  • Work directly with clients, assessing their needs, offering support, and connecting them to appropriate services.
  • Build strong partnerships with local organisations, government services, and healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to client services.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Tertiary qualifications in social sciences, welfare, psychology, education or a related field.
  • Experience working with disadvantaged communities and strong assessment skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate staff and volunteers.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing volunteers and delivering training.
  • Computer literacy and effective time management skills.
