About the Role

As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at ABC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software for our main web application platform. You will work closely with the Product & Content Technology team to develop and maintain complex JavaScript frameworks for automation testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced automation testing frameworks for web-based applications.
  • Collaborate with the product team to drive the strategy and approach to automation testing.
  • Analyze complex software systems and collaborate with stakeholders to improve design and ensure applications perform to specification.
  • Work with API developers to define and implement API schema validation and contract tests.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent significant skills, knowledge, and experience.
  • Significant development experience in test automation, including developing complex automation testing frameworks and testing tools.
  • Demonstrated significant development experience in at least one language such as Go, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Significant experience working with web apps, mobile apps, and Restful and GraphQL APIs, as well as experience working with CI/CD tools in AWS.
  • Highly advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze, diagnose, and help solve complex technical problems.
  • Highly advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to a range of stakeholders.
