NICE, a global market leader, is looking for an ambitious and game-changing individual to join its Software Quality Engineering team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in executing software quality control strategies, overseeing comprehensive testing, and ensuring high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing and executing test strategies for complex software projects. Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, such as JUnit and Cypress, is essential.

Key responsibilities include defining and implementing quality control strategies, planning and designing functional, performance, and security tests, and collaborating with development teams to achieve reliable solutions and meet user needs.

A successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our NICE-FLEX hybrid model allows for maximum flexibility, with 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work each week.
