We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our service as an Assistant Centre Manager.

The successful applicant will hold a Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and have proven experience within an Early childhood service.

They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a current Blue Card, and First Aid certification.

About the Role

  • This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers a unique chance to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for young children.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in managing the daily operations of the centre, including staff supervision, quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • They will work closely with the Centre Director and other team members to achieve high-quality outcomes for children and families.
  • As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will be expected to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the growth and development of the centre.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • Proven experience within an Early childhood service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Blue Card
  • First Aid certification
