Learning Leader

This role involves collaboration with teachers to design flexible curriculum and contemporary pedagogies.

  • Enhance learning outcomes by leading, mentoring, and coaching teachers;
  • Develop student-centered learning approaches and improve learning through focused professional development;
  • Facilitate learning that meets each student at their point of challenge using data analysis;

The Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing effective teacher support systems;
  • Building teacher capacity for innovative teaching practices;
  • Modelling highly accomplished teaching using contemporary pedagogy and flexible curriculum design;

Requirements

Collaborate with the Principal in leadership development, promoting respectful relationships among colleagues, students, and families. Utilize research and data to drive strategic planning, foster an innovative teacher mindset, and maintain a relational approach to team building through critical thinking and collaboration.
