Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution.

This position requires techno-functional expertise to drive end-to-end processes from business requirement management to integration & configuration and production deployment. You will be responsible for checking the feasibility of new change requirements and providing optimal solutions to clients with clear timelines.

You will also provide techno-functional solution support for all new business implementations while building entire systems from scratch. Additionally, you will support the solutioning team from architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation.

This role involves understanding functional design as well as technical design and architecture to be implemented on the ERP system. You will customize, extend, modify, localize or integrate to the existing product by virtue of coding, testing & production.

You will implement business processes, requirements, and the underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions. You will write code as per developmental standards to decide upon the implementation methodology.

This role requires providing product support and maintenance to clients for a specific ERP solution and resolving day-to-day queries/technical problems which may arise. You will create and deploy automation tools/solutions to ensure process optimization and increase efficiency.

You will act as a bridge between technical and functional requirements of the project and provide solutioning/advice to clients or internal teams accordingly. You will support on-site managers with necessary details regarding any change and off-site support.

Key Performance Indicators:

This role contributes to customer projects through quality, SLA, ETA, number of tickets resolved, problem solved, number of change requests implemented, zero customer escalation, CSAT. Automation is also a key aspect, focusing on process optimization, reduction in process/steps, and reduction in number of tickets raised. Skill upgradation is also essential, involving the completion of trainings & certifications, writing papers, articles, case studies, and publishing them on the intranet.
