**The Opportunity**

This role involves coordinating services, repairs, & machine builds for field service technicians in the Greater Townsville region.

You will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for:

  • Ensuring field service employees comply with all WHS responsibilities and maintain a safety-first culture.
  • Guiding and supporting the team to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Utilizing equipment and resources efficiently in line with customer requirements.
  • Providing guidance and support to field service team members.
  • Supervising time sheet accuracy and subcontract documentation.
  • Providing timely and accurate quotations for field service activities.
  • Supporting existing customers through strong communication and proactive issue resolution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experience in a similar position with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a high-paced work environment.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex issues and achieve success.
  • Understanding of financial best practices in service delivery.
  • Attention to detail in documenting and follow-up.

  • Understanding of earthmoving/construction equipment or relevant experience.
