Job Title:

Program Director - Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our early childhood education programs. The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Mentor and support educators to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Actively promote and maintain a culture of safeguarding, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children within your care.
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing regular communication about their child's progress.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deep commitment to safeguarding children and upholding their rights.
