The NSW Public Service Commission is seeking a skilled Signal Control Officer to join our team. As a Signal Control Officer, you will be responsible for controlling and overseeing train movements, prioritizing track maintenance works while ensuring safe and efficient rail operations.

You will learn technical and non-technical skills necessary for Operations Control, including reading and understanding of Sydney Trains Safeworking Rules and operating signal box panels. In this fast-paced environment, you will make quick decisions when issues arise and communicate clearly across teams to address and resolve them.

To succeed in this role, you must be willing and able to commit to a 24/7 rotating roster, with schedules including early mornings, late nights, evenings, and weekends. You should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and resilience under pressure.
