The selected candidate will work closely with the parent company and subsidiaries to implement ICT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Propose and support the development, improvement, and continuous optimization of information systems and quality standards.
  2. Maintain network architecture and install, test, maintain, and update computer equipment and software.
  3. Perform software upgrades and patches, troubleshoot M365 issues, and maximize return on investment.
  4. Manage the purchase and packaging of equipment, including users, licenses, applications, and communication systems.
  5. Manage and maintain software platforms, including purchasing licenses, renewals, and cancellations.
  6. Coordinate the implementation of ICT projects with the parent company and subsidiaries.
  7. Manage and maintain data center operations.
  8. Conduct routine monitoring and analysis of system utilization, site usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings.
  9. Develop IT KPIs and implement corporate procedures in IT matters.
  10. Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure.
