**Leadership Opportunity in Medical Imaging Administration**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and participate in the reception area and overall clinic workflow
  • Manage billing, banking, and Medicare-related activities
  • Provide ongoing training, development, and mentoring to team members
  • Plan and oversee workforce requirements
  • Utilize leadership expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queries
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve and achieve maximum efficiencies

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience within a private Radiology setting
  • Knowledge of patient workflow and administration processes
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Sound problem-solving skills
