Aquatic Instructor

Manning Aquatic & Leisure Centre is seeking energetic, confident and motivated individuals to join our Swim School team.

We are looking for effective communicators who demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Relevant industry qualifications are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team

The successful applicants will have a current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate, Working with Vulnerable People and National Police Check and Current Swim Teaching Certificate.
