We are seeking a dedicated and professional disability support worker to empower individuals with disabilities by providing personalized support to enhance their independence and quality of life.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences
  • Assist with cleaning, laundry, and other household chores
  • Observe and report any changes in physical or mental health
  • Provide first aid and respond to medical emergencies if they arise

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions
  • Flexible and adaptable to varying hours and participant needs
  • Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving
