Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our retail sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling a wide range of products.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, excellent communication and teamwork skills, confidence in selling products, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with expert advice and support
  • Process payments through our Point of Sale system
  • Pick and pack orders
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure store appearance is maintained through cleaning and merchandising

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality
  • A passion for Interior Design or Lighting would be an added bonus but not required
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence in selling products and making recommendations
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
