Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing geriatric medicine across the continuum of care, including acute, sub-acute, consultative, rehabilitative, and ambulatory services. They will also contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research, and quality assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver high-quality clinical practice within the Geriatric & Rehabilitation Medicine department
- To provide geriatric medicine across the continuum of care, including acute, sub-acute, consultative, rehabilitative, and ambulatory services
- To contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research, and quality assurance activities
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Eligibility for registration as a Specialist in Geriatric Medicine with the Medical Board of Australia
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians with advanced training in Geriatric Medicine or equivalent
