Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities across multiple projects.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to lead and mentor a team of testers working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You will be responsible for supporting automated testers to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using tools such as EasyRepro and Mstest(C#).
Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of execution of functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
  • Defining and implementing test strategies that align with project goals and timelines.
  • Mentoring and leading a team of manual and automation testers working on multiple projects.
Key Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to define test strategies and align them with project goals and timelines.
  • Experience driving testing capability uplift by assessing current maturity, establishing a baseline, and implementing strategies to build sustainable improvements across people, process, and tools.
