Job Description">

Cafe63 is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team.

As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our cafe.

You will lead and direct a front of house team, managing day-to-day operations, including ordering, rostering, stock control, and end of day procedures.

You will also be responsible for building sales, repeat customer business, and the Cafe63 loyalty program in the outlet.

Additionally, you will ensure that outlet presentation, food, and beverage quality meet Cafe63 brand standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and directing a front of house team
  • Managing day-to-day operations
  • Building sales and customer relationships
  • Ensuring outlet quality and presentation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organisational skills and initiative
