High-End Dining Experience Manager

As a high-end dining experience manager, you will be responsible for leading the front of house team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of upscale restaurants across various locations. Your role will require you to be commercially savvy, with the ability to manage profits and make informed decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage a front of house team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Dining Experience Creation: Create an unforgettable high-end dining experience for customers
  • Sales Growth Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Hospitality Qualification: Diploma in hospitality or equivalent qualification
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Certification: RSA certificate required
