About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator - Inbound to join our team at our state-of-the-art, purpose-built distribution center in Melbourne's West, Truganina. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling docks for all inbound loads, receiving and processing inventory, and ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation of shipping paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule docks for all inbound loads
  • Receive and process inventory in SAP EWM
  • Prepare shipping paperwork for local and international freight
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient scheduling, delivery, and pickup of containers
  • Investigate issues related to damaged stock, unsafe loads, and discrepancies for inbound freight
  • Provide administrative support to internal warehouse teams

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment with knowledge of logistics and distribution center operations
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Safety-first approach
  • Passion for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM)
