We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator - Outbound to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Coordinator - Outbound, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling docks for all outbound loads and shipments, releasing orders for manual full pallet picking, and preparing outbound shipping paperwork.

You will also partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient scheduling, delivery, and pickup of containers and trucked loads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule docks for all outbound loads and shipments
  • Release orders for manual full pallet picking
  • Prepare outbound shipping paperwork
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient scheduling, delivery, and pickup of containers and trucked loads

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment with demonstrated knowledge of logistics and distribution centre operations
  • Exceptional communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Safety-first approach
  • Passion for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM advantageous)
