About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to deliver exceptional payroll services on a part-time basis.

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end payroll services in a high-volume and complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing fortnightly pays and carrying out reconciliations of leave.
  • Maintenance of personal files and interpretation of employment awards.
  • Providing guidance to employees on payroll-related matters.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong knowledge and practical experience using payroll systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • You will also require experience in the full remit of payroll functions, including superannuation, Single-touch payroll, entitlements, terminations, and salary sacrifice.
  • Experience in the use of TechnologyOne will be advantageous but is not a key requirement for this role.
