About the Role
The technical support analyst provides IT services to faculty, staff, and students, resolving technical issues. They will also monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Knowledge of IT processes, ticketing systems, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing practical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in developing strategies to meet client needs.
- A relevant tertiary qualification, and relevant experience; or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training, and/or experience.
