About the Role
We are seeking charismatic and cheerful Christmas Helpers for the 2025 season to add sparkle to the festivities.
As a Christmas Helper, you will help customers turn their houses into homes by decorating Christmas trees, hanging wreaths, or setting festive tables.
The Stores in this Location:
- Belrose
- Mona Vale
- Warringah Mall
You can select your preferred store in your application.
Our Offerings:
- Staff discount of 30% off full price items and an additional 15% off reduced items from Day 1

About Our Ideal Candidate
Successful Christmas Casual Helpers will be customer-focused, adaptable, and eager to assist wherever needed.
They will:
- Have a passion for homewares and Christmas, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Bring positive energy, confidence, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver engaging and efficient point-of-sale service
- Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking, replenishing stock, and visual merchandising
- Be available from mid-November, with high availability from 15 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, including weekends and evenings
Candidates with extensive availability during peak times, including evenings and Boxing Day, will be preferred.
