Court Assessment Specialist

This position will provide timely and accurate assessments of an offender's risk to community safety and their capacity to undertake a court order.
The role involves advising the courts on offender management strategies, working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours, and escalating as necessary.
Main responsibilities include:
- Conducting needs assessments and developing interventions for offenders
- Providing evidence-based advice and recommendations to the court that maximize offender responsiveness to rehabilitation programs
- Managing complex cases involving high-risk offenders
A relevant qualification in social work or a related field is preferred, along with experience in offender assessment and management.
