**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced medical professional to join our Emergency Department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical management and supporting the Medical Officer in Charge of the hospital after hours and overnight.

The Career Medical Officer in Emergency Medicine will have a strong track record of working autonomously, making informed decisions, and supervising junior medical staff. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of full-time clinical experience in an ED and/or hospital-based practice, with a proven ability to manage a busy ED clinical floor. They must also be registered or eligible for registration with AHPRA.
