Early Childhood Educator

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, colleagues and the centre community.
  • Designing and implementing innovative early learning programs that reflect current best practices.
  • Documenting and sharing children's learning and development with families.
  • Contributing to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum framework.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)

Previous experience in long day-care

Sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

A current Working with Children's Check.
