People and Culture Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this role will play a vital part in driving exceptional journeys for our guests by creating a workplace where people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process including advertising job openings, managing interview scheduling, conducting reference checks and verifying right to work documents, and preparing employment documents.
  • Support hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and secure top talent.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience from welcome packs and systems setup to first day activities.
  • Maintain accurate records in our HR information system.
  • Prepare regular reports on people matters so leaders can make informed decisions.
  • Play an active role in team events, celebrations, and recognition activities through the Social Committee.
  • Manage employee engagement and reward programs including internal nominations, surveys, and recognition initiatives.
  • Draft engaging articles and updates for our staff newsletter.
  • Provide friendly, practical, and values-led support for day-to-day HR enquiries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to employment relations such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and taking notes during disciplinary or investigation processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes, systems, and ways of working.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an HR or People & Culture administration or coordination role.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy or attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills whether face-to-face, in writing, or over the phone.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ideally HRIS experience.
  • A solutions-focused approach to challenges.
