Job Overview
  • This role forms part of the property management team, focusing on day-to-day responsibilities including ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, and lease renewals.

About This Role:

  • You will work closely with landlords and tenants to meet their needs, completing routine inspections and reporting as required.
  • A typical day may also include attending ad-hoc out-of-office appointments, supporting the Property Management Team Leader, and participating in onboarding processes for new business properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities including ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, and lease renewals.
  • Work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure their needs are met.
  • Attend ad-hoc out-of-office appointments and support the Property Management Team Leader.

About You:

  • You have a passion for Real Estate and a genuine interest in growing and developing your Property Management career.
  • You hold a current QLD sales Registration Certificate and a current QLD Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, a client-centric mindset, and a can-do attitude.
