Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide assistance to individuals with disabilities in their private homes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with people who require support with daily living tasks, including domestic assistance, meal preparation, medication management, transportation, and personal care.

In addition to these tasks, the successful applicant will offer companionship and social support to our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Genuine empathy and understanding to assist our clients
  • A high level of motivation and reliability
  • Caring, positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • The ability to work independently in a client's home and in the community

We require a Certificate I - IV qualification (preferred) and at least 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities (preferred). A First Aid Certification, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Certificate, and Driver Licence are essential requirements.

This is a casual part-time position that requires flexibility, including willingness to work on call and travel as needed.
