Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Lead to provide expert clinical support, team leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary allied health team.

This role offers flexibility and may include providing face-to-face or remote support across multiple regions. You will work collaboratively with fellow Allied Health Clinical Leads from our central office regularly.

The successful candidate will bring a passion for problem-solving and a desire to improve clinical pathways, processes and service delivery. They will have exceptional communication skills, proven leadership and management abilities, and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing complex clinical support to the multidisciplinary allied health team
  • Leading and mentoring junior staff members
  • Fostering existing referral networks and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Developing and implementing clinical peer review processes to enhance quality of care

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Podiatry, with full general AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Community, Aged or Disability sector
  • In-depth knowledge of funding governance in Aged and Community care
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
