Job Title: Support Worker/Carer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker/Carer. As a vital member of our care delivery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to our clients in their homes.

  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
  • You will assist clients with daily activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • You will monitor medication and administer as required.
  • You will help with shopping, preparing meals, and housekeeping.
  • You will provide respite care and social support.
  • You will transport clients to appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community).
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • National Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Clean, reliable, and registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Smart Phone.
