To be considered for this role, you must have proven recent experience in automotive sales management. You will need to possess strong leadership skills, but also the ability to nurture and mentor your staff to get the best performance from your team. Strong attention to detail, an analytical mind, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional communication skills are also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and sales performance by creating and executing effective sales plans.
- Mentor and Train Sales Team: Provide guidance and support to the sales team to maximize their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis and Research: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with both new and existing customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels are met to meet customer demand and maximize sales opportunities.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing standards.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, market feedback, and customer surveys to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, comprising of a retainer and super, a maintained drive car, and incentives. Proven performers should see an OTE around $150,000pa.
