Job Title:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to support our elderly clients in their homes.

About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with daily tasks and providing emotional support. Your duties may include:

  • Personal Care: Providing quality care to clients in their own homes, including assistance with personal hygiene and mobility.
  • Household Tasks: Assisting with general household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Transportation: Transporting clients to appointments and shopping, using your own reliable vehicle.
  • Social Support: Providing companionship and social interaction to help reduce feelings of loneliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian Driver's Licence: A current driver's licence is essential for transporting clients safely.
  • Reliability and Compassion: You must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to provide compassionate care to our clients.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care: While not essential, a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
