About the Role:

This position involves receiving, processing, and dispatching orders, as well as maintaining accurate records and performing routine checks on equipment. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process inbound orders accurately and efficiently;
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications;
  • Invoice outbound orders and maintain accurate financial records;
  • Process credits and returns promptly and professionally;
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory management activities;
  • Identify and troubleshoot errors, implementing corrective actions as needed;
  • Perform ad-hoc driving duties and deliveries as required;
