We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our team at Headspace Frankston. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, support, and direction to our clinical staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to young people aged 12-25 years.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to strategic planning and clinical direction, including the development of clinical service work plans.
- Provide clinical leadership, support, and direction to clinical staff, including mentoring and coaching.
- Ensure team well-being and facilitate a positive team culture.
- Lead quality and risk management activities, including incident response and management.
- Manage the planning, development, and implementation of clinical operations, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to determine service needs and coordinate care for young people and their families.
- AASW, AHPRA membership, and registration are required.
- Experience in clinical leadership, people management, and clinical governance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the headspace Model Integrity Framework and other evidence-based clinical guidelines.

- Permanent, full-time position.
- 76 hours per fortnight.
- Remuneration dependent on qualifications and experience.
