Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager will lead the provision of integrated quality mental health services to young people aged 12-25 years at both headspace Frankston and the headspace Rosebud satellite site.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to strategic planning and clinical direction, including all headspace Frankston & Rosebud clinical service work plans.
- Provide clinical leadership, support, clear direction, and mentoring to both the clinical leadership group and their teams.
- Ensure team well-being, supporting clinical leadership learning and development, and facilitating a positive team culture.
- Provide leadership in clinical incident response, management, and systems learning alongside all staff members.
- Manage the planning, program development, implementation, direction, and evaluation of all clinical operations, including providing analysis and interpretation of the data and services provided.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to determine service needs to assist with the coordination of care for young people and their families.
- AASW, AHPRA membership & registration required.
- YSAS is a safe workplace and requires staff to be fully vaccinated (two doses plus booster) or a valid medical exemption to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
- Service delivery aspects of the role may be modified in order to comply with Victorian Government COVID-19 guidelines.
- As part of our Employment screening process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and have a current Working with Children Check.
