Competency Training is an industry leading electrical training RTO, owned by Verbrec. We deliver publicly scheduled and on-site corporate training courses and manage on-site training for some of the largest companies and projects around the world. Our purpose is to transform assets and people through strong relationships built on trust.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to clients, including training and assessing learners in electrical services qualifications. They will also contribute to the development of programs and resource materials, participate in moderation and validation processes, and provide ongoing support to learners.

Additional requirements include holding an Electrical Licence, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher, and having experience in the HV industry, either in Mining, Oil & Gas, Network Operation, or Generation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a willingness to travel as required.
