The Opportunity & Responsibilities

About You
  • Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, ideally backed by relevant industry certifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Centre Manager, with a proven track record of success
  • Previous experience in leading startup/brand-new centres is highly valued
  • Expertise in Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and drive business growth
  • Skilled in strategic leadership, team motivation, and effective communication
