Avionics Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Avionics Engineer to join our team in Rockhampton, where you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our aircraft.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be working with cutting-edge technology and equipment, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and growing industry.

• Maintain and repair avionics systems on Fokker 70/100 and Embraer E190 aircraft;
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company safety and security standards;
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues;
• Perform shift work if required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent trade certificate;
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and a JUST culture;
• Experience working on Fokker 70/100 and Embraer E190 aircraft (desirable);
• Ability to perform shift work if required;
• Previous experience in a base maintenance environment.
