Lead Infrastructure Planner

South Gippsland Water seeks a skilled Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, delivery and renewal of critical infrastructure.
This strategic role will oversee the development and implementation of infrastructure plans, ensuring operational excellence and long-term sustainability.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects and asset renewal programs, with strong capability in financial, risk, project, asset and people management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of infrastructure plans and strategies
- Managing large-scale projects and asset renewal programs
- Providing expert advice on infrastructure management and planning
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and key partners
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams and deliver results.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in infrastructure management and planning
- Strong capability in financial, risk, project, asset and people management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a senior leadership team
