Supportive Case Worker

The Therapeutic Case Manager, Foster Care plays a pivotal role in providing specialist care to children and young people in foster care.
Key responsibilities include facilitating successful transitions, coordinating foster carer matches, and ensuring best-practice care is implemented.
- Collaborate closely with foster carers, families, and a network of professionals to ensure each child receives the necessary support.
- Help children and young people overcome past experiences and realise their full potential.
Essential qualifications include post-secondary qualifications in Welfare, Social Work, Child Development or a relevant field, a current Victorian driver's licence, current CPR and First Aid certification, and demonstrated ability to provide safe environments for children and young people.
