About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Funeral Operations Director to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality funeral services that meet the needs of our clients. Your primary focus will be on managing funeral operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve service quality, and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You'll also have a strong understanding of funeral industry best practices, as well as experience in operations management and finance.
This role requires a results-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be able to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve funeral service quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage funeral operations, including coordinating logistics and resources
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on staff development and performance management
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource allocation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in funeral operations management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in improving service quality and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
