A leading organisation is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth within major mining and minerals processing projects in Western Australia, Northern Territory, and South Australia.

This home-based role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to achieve revenue targets and build lasting customer relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and achieving specifications and conversions within the assigned territory.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, EPC/Ms, and constructors.
  • Providing expert advice and solutions to target customers.
  • Maximising opportunities through effective territory planning and management.
  • Contributing to training initiatives for specifiers, distributors, and contractors.
  • Providing timely and accurate market intelligence and reporting.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A university degree, preferably in engineering, or equivalent professional sales qualifications with strong technical acumen.
  • Significant experience in business development at management levels within the mining sector.
  • A well-established senior management network within owner, EPC/M, and constructor organisations in the mining industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing complex and technical sales into major projects.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical expertise effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office suite) and CRM proficiency.
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally, nationally, and occasionally internationally.
